Rob Rosenberg is Global Head of Human Resources for DHL Supply Chain, an entity of the Deutsche Post DHL group, with 190,000 colleagues employed in 2000 sites spanning 60 countries. Rob sits on both the Divisional and Global HR Boards.

Rob is responsible for leading the functional strategy and delivery of the people agenda with a focus on driving HR excellence through leadership and organizational culture, finding and developing the best talent and ensuring strong alignment of the HR function to the core business to support growth.

Rob has worked in the DPDHL group for 20 years; initially leading the North America region before moving into the Global Head of HR role.

Prior to joining DHL Supply Chain, Rob was Vice President of HR at Frito Lay, an American subsidiary of PepsiCo.

Rob graduated from Michigan State University with a master’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations.
