Noel brings extensive HR, Leadership and Change experience from global businesses across the energy, consumer goods and retailing sectors. He has held senior roles in Australia, Asia and Europe, including Head of Organisational Effectiveness, VP of People and Culture and Head of Global HR Operations. Noel was also a key member of the integration project team following the acquisition of Maersk Oil by Total Oil, in 2017. Originally from Australia and having lived in Asia and Europe, Noel recently moved to London to join a boutique Leadership, Culture and Performance consultancy.
