Peter Hope is Global VP, Leadership and Talent Development at Schneider Electric. Peter oversees the Schneider Leadership Academy which provides a total portfolio of leadership development solutions across the company’s community of 15,000 people leaders at all levels. Current areas of focus include enabling the leadership population to embrace culture change, digital transformation and strategies for performing in a complex and changing competitor landscape.
Prior to joining Schneider, Peter has held global talent, leadership and learning roles in Financial Services, Health Technology and Professional Services.
Peter is based in Hong Kong and his outside interests include elite-level cycling and racing and endurance sports. Peter was educated in Australia with an undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in Psychology and Change and a Masters of Business Science.
