Have you noticed that no matter how hard you try, the outcome is the same – be it in difficult conversations, career prospects?

  • Are you always right?

  • Are you regularly accused of being difficult and stubborn?

  • What happens to your mood when there is a change of plans or strategy?

Over the past few weeks, we have heard a lot about 'unsettling and uncertain times' which is impacting us all in some way.  For some, it's wreaking havoc and for others, it's boomtime.  The one thing that is certain is that our lives as we knew it will change in some way, be it at home or at work.  How we manage this for ourselves at home, for our careers and for our businesses requires many vital attributes, one of which is agility.  Never more has psychological, emotional and operational flexibility & dexterity been paramount to how we move forward in a positive and sustainable way.

This webinar will explore the concept of psychological and emotional agility.  How can you harness it to help you navigate through the choppy waters - be it for your career, your home life and for your organisation?  As some have suggested, this isn't about survival of the fittest but survival of the most agile.

Here’s the video from today’s conversation.  Remember to check out Davina’s website and you can also find her on LinkedIn.  She is one of our treasured partners and you will learn so much from her and her work.
