Covid-19 has accelerated every organization’s digital transformation and fundamentally changed how we work. While communication has always been an important part of career progression, it is now more critical than ever. Changes to how we work, build customer relationships and collaborate are accelerating and this requires clear, confident communication skills for everyone across an organization.

Studies show that behaviour change happens with shorter, targeted training sessions rather than multi-day events. This program applies these principles by using ongoing live / virtual group training modules.

Each session covers a deep-dive topic that uses personalised assessment tools and small homework assignments. There will also be a half hour social session to discuss specific topics and Q&A in more detail.
