Liora leads CCL’s Practice in Leading Digital Transformation (LDX). The focus of the LDX Practice is to provide expertise in creating leaders and organizations that embrace opportunities for growth, innovation, and digital integration – supporting CCL clients in their efforts to adopt technology and be digitally fluent. Her work focuses on assisting clients in digital transformation journeys and developing digital leaders, acknowledging that results are achieved only when the leadership and culture of organizations are truly transformed. Liora also holds responsibilities for the strategic management of the Sub Saharan African region.
PAUL GALANTE
Director, Leadership Solutions
Paul Galante is the Director of Leadership Solutions for the Center for Creative Leadership in Asia Pacific. Having 30 years’ experience of shaping and leading consulting assignments at senior level, with a special focus on business strategy, transformation and organizational change, he leads the regional faculty and coaching team in APAC in the design, development and execution of leadership solutions across all of CCL’s business lines.
