Leverage Your Superpowers To Fuel Success

Organised by Thrive HR Exchange

Only 17% of people spend their time at work playing to their strengths yet it is faster and easier to amplify your strengths than turn around your weaknesses.

Join Karen Kwong, Founder of RenOC and Davina Ho, Founder of Potentiality for a 1-hour mindfulness session on Wednesday 19 August, starting from 5pm SGT/ 10am BST/ 11am CEST.

What you’ll learn:

  • Why you should focus on enhancing your strengths rather than turning around your weaknesses.

  • How do you find your superpowers?

  • What does that look like in practice?

  • How mindfulness can help you discover and enhance your strengths.

Explore fascinating case studies illustrating how leaders have managed to transform their teams and businesses using their strengths. Complete a guided meditation that supports you to find your own innate inner strengths.

Using your superpowers can enhance your professional development, get the best out of your team and improve your business results.
