Virtual Leadership Development Session on Digital Transformation

Following the successful premier of the HR Digital Leadership Development Workshops in July this year, Thrive HR Exchange, in partnership with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) and pymetrics , is pleased to invite you to the second run of this highly-demanded series. 


As leaders from the previous workshops confirmed, the low success rate of digital transformations (over 80% according to research) can be attributed to misaligned culture, disengagement, and ill-equipped change leadership more so than a lack in technology capability. The people gap presents an important opportunity for HR.

Join us in this unique 2-hour virtual leadership development workshop to:

  • Develop an understanding of HR's Digital Leadership profile

  • Get insights into CCL’s Digital Leadership framework and understand the behaviours and mindsets that are critical to the success of driving Digital Transformation

Director, Leadership Solutions


Paul Galante is the Director of Leadership Solutions for the Center for Creative Leadership in Asia Pacific. Having 30 years’ experience of shaping and leading consulting assignments at senior level, with a special focus on business strategy, transformation and organizational change, he leads the regional faculty and coaching team in APAC in the design, development and execution of leadership solutions across all of CCL’s business lines.

MICHELLE HANCIC
Global Head of Consulting Psychology, pymetrics


Michelle is the Global Head of Consulting Psychology at pymetrics. She graduated with a Masters of Applied Psychology (Occupational) from Monash University and has focussed her attention in the recruitment and assessment space ever since. Most recently, Michelle was Head of Assessment for the ANZ Bank in Australia. Inspired by the advances made in AI-backed assessment, Michelle decided to join pymetrics, enabling her to work with clients to ensure the fair and predictive deployment of AI algorithms to help them achieve their recruitment and talent management goals.
