In 2001, Aaron co-founded Successfactors - not only one of the most successful HR SaaS companies of all time but one of the most successful SaaS companies ever. In the role of CTO, Aaron built and scaled the SuccessFactors platform from ideation through a number of incredible milestones, including the company’s IPO in 2007, the company’s subsequent 2012 acquisition by SAP for $3.4 billion, and beyond.
