Healthy Boundaries: Saying ‘No’ to say ‘Yes!’
Organised by Thrive HR Exchange
Without personal boundaries and the ability to communicate honestly and effectively with each other, it will be hard to form sustainable and healthy relationships – at work and at home. It will also cause you undue resentment, anxiety and stress – all in the name of pleasing others.
One of the highest ranking keys to success is your sense of personal boundaries. Imagine how your life and your relationships will transform when you respect and recognise those invisible lines in your life.
In this interactive workshop, you will be guided through some basics around
What healthy boundaries look like
What it might look like without any boundaries
Why having healthy boundaries are important
Tips on how to help yourself build your personal boundaries
As always, in our mindful leaders sessions, there will be a meditation practice within, as well as an opportunity to do some personal work so that you leave with practical tools, as well as some reflection on how to move forwards instantly.
About your presenters:
Karen Kwong (Founder of RenOC) and Davina Ho (Founder of Potentiality) provide a fresh perspective empowering people and organisations to thrive. The webinar is based on specific, proven and effective psychological interventions from Karen Kwong, an executive coach and organisational psychologist.
