Ruth Ferguson is a Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for the Related Companies, a private global real estate development firm based in New York City. In this role, she oversees all HR responsibilities for approximately 4,000 employees across the United States. Ruth joined the Related Companies in April 2016.
Prior to joining Related, Ruth spent nine years at Bank of American Merrill Lynch in various HR roles. At BAML she was the leader of HR teams for Global Corporate and Investment Banking, Global Markets, and all Latin America Operations.
