Sandy started her career in Channel Sales before she chanced upon an executive search consultant role. She fell in love with Talent Acquisition and the rest is history. She is now a seasoned TA professional with over 20 years of headhunting and in-house experience. She led high-performing teams across APAC and AMEA in established companies across many industries including IT, Telecommunications, Hospitality, Life Sciences and FMCG. These companies include Hewlett Packard, InterContinental Hotels Group, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Mondelez and she is currently heading up Talent Acquisition for Akamai Asia Pacific & Japan.

She has a burning passion for helping organisations build their success & growth through acquiring high-calibre talent.
