Flexibility and the Future of Work with Martin Leese

Original production by Thrive HR Exchange
Hosted by Matthew Chapman, Co-creator of Thrive HR Exchange and Founder of ChapmanCG

What will the future of work in a post-COVID-19 world look like? Will work be governed by the culture of your organisation, or is it time to shift your culture? These are the big questions every organisation and HR leader is asking.

For Block. One, a software publisher in the blockchain industry, the keyword is ‘flexibility’. Instead of being prescriptive about the percentage of time spent in office vs at home, it’s about giving employees permission to be flexible in various ways. Martin uncovers his perspective and tactics on:

  • Creating engagement through employee-led working groups.

  • Current and future strategies for flexible work; from technology to culture.
