Leading through Transformation with Priya Srinivasan
Original production by Thrive HR Exchange
Hosted by Matthew Chapman, Co-creator of Thrive HR Exchange and Founder of ChapmanCG
We spoke to Priya Srinivasan, Area HR Director for Developing Markets at RB in London, on several reflections lately of recent months. We talked about the need to better define “essential” tasks, to be comfortable with ongoing transformation, working from home not necessarily meaning “work-life balance” and the important role of leadership in times of “crisis”.
Key takeaways:
Never put off a transformation that you know is needed
Working from home does not equate to work-life balance. It takes personal discipline and reflection
True leadership also involves being empathetic, caring, vulnerable and authentic
