The Diversity and Inclusion Agenda with Anne-Christine Ahrenkiel

Original production by Thrive HR Exchange
Hosted by Matthew Chapman, Co-creator of Thrive HR Exchange and Founder of ChapmanCG

Anne-Christine Ahrenkiel describes 2020 as a case study on culture, with diversity and inclusion and employee engagement as key drivers on culture.

For DFDS, a Danish international shipping and logistics company, the first few months of COVID-19 had been a real test of company culture and business survival.

Now emerging on the other side, Anne-Christine shares some of her reflections, including:

  • Why HR is the guardian for culture.

  • Setting the diversity and inclusion agenda for leaders.

  • Restoring employee engagement after furloughs and restructures.
