Original production by Thrive HR Exchange
Hosted by Matthew Chapman, Co-creator of Thrive HR Exchange and Founder of ChapmanCG

With the initial momentum of rallying together during a crisis and working remotely settling down, the big question we’re asking is how do we keep our employees engaged for the long haul? Employee engagement is also top of mind for Jagoran and the Wholesale Banking HR team, who are starting to welcome employees back to the office.

Jags shares several interesting observations and learnings from his role at ING Bank, including:

  • Why employee engagement is a critical and strategic practice.

  • The changing nature of Learning & Development and employee onboarding.

  • How continuous transformation is a precursor to success.
