About the event

In every crisis there is an opportunity. The events of the past 18 months have made it painfully clear that workforce well-being should be a business imperative. This shift has elevated well-being from a program to a core business strategy. The speed of change has raised questions on how best to initiate an organisational well-being strategy.

In this practical session you will hear from David Hoke, Chief Well-Being Officer at Thrive Global, as he shares real life examples of well-being programmes for every type of organisation. David has spent over 20 years supporting organisational well-being, with most of the last decade working at Walmart where he led health and well-being for the 1M+ associates across the US. Prior to Walmart, David worked internationally with Yum! Brands where he focused on linking well-being to business results.

By the end of the session, you will be empowered to adopt healthy habits with:

  • Learn how to increase engagement in well-being offerings.

  • Understand the business case for well-being.

  • Appreciate the link between organisational well-being and performance.

Brought to you in partnership with Thrive Global APAC, this special event is exclusively for our community.
