Measure and Inspire your Organisation's Success Through Data
Why data matters
“At its very core, data tells us what we need to do next. Data exposes inefficiencies and disadvantages. It reveals truths about our habits and what we might do next . It opens windows into opportunity, while offering a glimpse into the future. Data shines a light on what’s possible and has the power to make it a reality.
But only when we use it in the right way”. Forbes, 2020

Data matters as it will help you to:
Identify the painpoints and understand the specific needs of your people and who is being impacted.
Shed light on opportunities; what is going well, what is driving your high performers and why that’s the case and how you can translate this to others within your organisation .
Progress, by establishing a baseline to assess the success of what you are trying to achieve.
Recognise and understand trends so you can be proactive and work ‘upstream’.
Remember, don’t just collect data, you also need to act on it. Give something back to respondents and show that you are listening .
Thriving Leaders Session
Organised by Thrive HR Exchange and Thrive Global APAC
How to Measure and Inspire Progress and Success at the Individual-, Group- and Organisational-Levels
To successfully act, adapt and thrive, we can’t just react to problems as they occur — we need to predict and mitigate issues before they happen. We need to monitor patterns and forecast trends. We need to identify successful steps taken by others before us to inform our own decisions and surface the strongest possible solutions. And we need to do all of this accurately and at scale if we are to truly understand and address the wide-ranging needs of diverse populations during these unprecedented times.
That, in essence, is why data matters — and it has never been more critical than during the pandemic, when companies and their employees have faced unprecedented challenges, disruptions, and stress. During such times, the more nuanced our understanding of various situations, the more informed our decision-making processes can be and the better we can then subsequently identify solutions that will work not just for some, but for all.
In this practical session, you will hear from Matthew T. Riccio, PhD, VP of Research, Insights & Measurement and Head of Thrive Sciences at Thrive Global, as he shares real life examples of how data can be used to not only measure but inspire progress and galvanize change.
Brought to you in partnership with Thrive Global APAC, this special event is exclusively for our community.
