In her role, Helena designs and implements global HR programs that drive the RBIS business strategy and support the organization’s capability needs.
She partners collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business, providing fundamental support to help build a customer-centric organization that delivers speed and service, reignites innovation and raises the bar on sustainability and transparency.
Helena has over 25 years of HR experience in healthcare, oil and gas, FMCG, customer-facing and manufacturing organizations. Prior to joining Avery Dennison, she worked in HR leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, Shell, and BP. Helena is married with one daughter, She likes performing arts, gardening and cooking
