Kirstie is based in Singapore but has lived and worked in Hong Kong, Singapore, London, Zurich and Sydney with the likes of Credit Suisse, Macquarie Bank, Coca Cola and Perpetual. Kirstie leads diverse specialist, technical and operational teams across the world who partner with all JLL business lines and functions to help deliver their strategic objectives, with a particular focus on process design and superior technology to secure competitive differentiation.
Prior to this role, Kirstie led significant transformational change as CHRO for Asia Pacific, with full accountability for JLL’s 40k+ people in the region and it’s 1 million+ sq ft corporate real estate portfolio. Kirstie’s career spans global organisations and locations; she has a passion for inclusion - placing the human experience at the heart of all commercial strategies and outcomes.
