Matt recently spoke to David Chin, CHRO of Vistra in Hong Kong, about “reacting” to the new world and his insights. Matt has known David since 2004 when he was in Switzerland and helped him to return to Singapore. His industry experience is diverse and this shows in his well rounded perspectives in our discussion.
David is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Vistra Group. He has over 20 years of professional experience, primarily in the financial services industry, including Global and Regional HR roles in both UBS and JP Morgan, and senior Legal & Compliance roles in DBS Bank. Before joining Vistra, he led the HR function for multinational companies in both the Healthcare and Shipping & Logistics industries where he successfully implemented organizational transformation and introduced HR Technology systems. He has also led the Asia Pacific HR technology consulting practice for a global technology company.
Having worked in a variety of locations including London, Zurich and Singapore, as well as across a range of industries, David brings a diverse set of perspectives, knowledge and expertise in leading HR practices across multiple discipline areas.
