Stuart leads HR for the Americas for the Richemont group (with brands such as Cartier, NET-A-PORTER and Mont Blanc in the family) based in New York. Stuart’s focus is on growing a truly inclusive and authentic culture, reimagining the employee experience, building and activating talent for a transforming industry.

Previously Stuart held global HR and Talent leadership roles in Tapestry (parent of COACH), Pfizer and as a consultant with Edify, a niche partnership based out of Sydney.
