Unless you are a major anomaly, you will most likely have been impacted by the global pandemic, both at home and at work. Whilst there is light coming with the introduction of vaccines, so much has been damaged that it can be hard to imagine, let alone believe that there is much to look forward to.
How we adapt psychologically and emotionally regulate will make all the difference in the world to this being a good year or a terrible one for you. Which will you choose?
Join us and our presenters, Davina Ho and Karen Kwong for this Thriving Leaders Live Webinar: an introduction into post-traumatic growth to help reshape your future. It's in your hands!
What you’ll learn:
The basic theory behind this model of post-traumatic growth, with examples of how this might work
How we can emerge stronger even though things may seem bleak
How you can psychologically and emotionally adapt to circumstances that either means you stay stuck and unhappy, or you grow and give yourself a chance to be happy
Useful, practical and realistic tools to help you get there
